Albor Digital LLC operates HostTalk. This policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and your rights. Effective March 1, 2026.

Who We Are

HostTalk is an AI-powered voice assistant for vacation rental property managers, operated by Albor Digital LLC, a company incorporated in Wyoming, USA. References to "HostTalk," "we," "us," or "our" refer to Albor Digital LLC. For privacy inquiries, contact us at privacy@hostalk.app.

What Information We Collect

From Property Managers (Account Holders)

  • Name and email address (account registration)
  • Billing information — processed by Stripe, we never store card numbers
  • Property details you enter: name, address, check-in/out times, WiFi credentials, parking instructions, house rules, emergency contacts, amenities
  • Dashboard usage data and login activity

From Guest Callers

  • Phone number of the inbound caller (via Twilio)
  • Call audio recording — stored for 90 days if recording is enabled
  • Call transcript (text of the AI conversation)
  • Call metadata: duration, timestamp, call outcome

Automatically Collected

  • IP address and browser/device type (dashboard users only)
  • Cookie and session data (see Cookie Policy)
  • Usage analytics: pages visited, features used

How We Use Your Information

We use your data only for the purposes described below. We do not sell personal data. We do not use your property data or guest call content to train AI models.

Call Recording and Guest Data

When a guest calls a HostTalk property number, they are informed at the start of the call that the conversation may be recorded and transcribed. Continuing the call constitutes consent to recording. Audio recordings are retained for 90 days then permanently deleted. Transcripts are retained for the life of the property manager's account. Guest phone numbers are stored with call logs and deleted when the account is closed. Property managers can delete individual call records from their dashboard at any time.

Your Rights

Canadian Residents (PIPEDA)

You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data. You may withdraw consent at any time, subject to legal or contractual limitations.

EEA and UK Residents (GDPR)

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability, and object to processing. You may lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.

California Residents (CCPA)

You have the right to know what personal information is collected, to delete it, and to opt out of its sale. We do not sell personal data.

Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+), encryption at rest (AES-256), role-based access controls, and regular security reviews. Our infrastructure is hosted on SOC 2 compliant providers. We will notify affected users within 72 hours of discovering a data breach, as required by PIPEDA and GDPR.

International Data Transfers

Albor Digital LLC is based in Wyoming, USA. Data may be processed in the United States and Canada. Where data is transferred internationally, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place including Standard Contractual Clauses where required.

Children's Privacy

HostTalk is not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, contact us immediately at privacy@hostalk.app.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify account holders by email and post the updated policy with a new effective date. Continued use of HostTalk after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
