Nothing communicated through HostTalk — whether by the AI assistant or through platform documentation — constitutes legal, safety, financial, medical, or professional advice of any kind. Property managers should not configure HostTalk to provide guidance on matters requiring professional judgment.
Accuracy of Information
HostTalk's AI responds based on information provided by property managers. Albor Digital LLC does not verify, audit, or guarantee the accuracy of property-specific information entered into the platform. Property managers are solely responsible for ensuring their knowledge base is accurate, current, and compliant with applicable laws and regulations.
No Emergency Services
HostTalk is not an emergency response service. The AI assistant is not equipped to handle emergencies, contact emergency services, or provide safety-critical guidance. All HostTalk properties should include emergency contact information and direct callers to call 911 or local emergency services for urgent situations.
Service Availability
HostTalk depends on third-party infrastructure providers including Twilio, Anthropic, ElevenLabs, and Supabase. While we design for high availability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Albor Digital LLC is not liable for call failures, missed calls, or service outages resulting from third-party infrastructure issues.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Albor Digital LLC's total liability for any claim arising from use of HostTalk is limited to the amount paid by the property manager in the three months preceding the claim. Albor Digital LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
Governing Law
This disclaimer and all HostTalk services are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Terms of Service.
